Carefully roasted, we're tasting Dark chocolate, caramel, peach & nectarine. Delightful as a filter coffee or espresso. A really special coffee from a farm that contributes to the local community by employing more than 300 local men and women in a season. The farm has a strong principle of nature conservation; keeping the natural forest covering about 20% of the farm. Love supporting these farmers.
Specifically roasted for espresso process. We're tasting dark chocolate, ripe yellow plum, well balanced, good body. Great for espresso machines.
