What Can You Expect From Us?

All our coffee is blended & roasted using only hand selected A-grade Arabica coffee beans from around the world. We focus on Fair Trade and Rainforest Alliance coffees and our entire manufacturing operation is powered by 100% Green Energy. Our longer term target is to become a Carbon Neutral company.

If you are a specialty coffee shop or a cafe wishing to sell fresh coffee beans & Oriental Tea House loose-leaf teas we can help revitalise your sales program with our proven merchandising systems and selling/marketing techniques. Full owner/staff education and training is provided.

Staff Training

Exclusive barista training courses are provided by our accredited barista trainers for you and your staff on an ongoing basis.

Equipment Sourcing & Support

New espresso machines and grinders can be purchased or rented by cafes using our unique Easy Rent or INTEREST FREE Lease to Own options*, or provided free on loan to approved customers. * Conditions apply - only available to approved cafes.

An emergency repair service and regular maintenance program is also available to ensure that your espresso machine runs perfectly day in and day out.

Signage & Merchandising Support

Combining the joint power of our brands results in a powerful message of confidence to your customers. We will provide you with cooperative signage for your store that highlights the quality of both our brands.

Of course, the usual support with branded ceramic & takeaway cups, clothing, sugars, loyalty programs, umbrellas and cafe barriers are also available.
