FOUNDED IN 1997, WE’RE PASSIONATE ABOUT COFFEE
Bay Coffee Roasters emerged in 1997 and is now one of the most recognised coffee roasters in Sydney.
We operate our own boutique roaster in Neutral Bay and focus on fairly traded and directly farm-sourced coffee that supports sustainability and environmental conservation, economic equality and social ethics.
Our cafe located in Grosvenor Lane, Neutral Bay has been a popular haunt since 1997 for locals who enjoy the coffee being roasted in front of them as they enjoy various origins and blends from around the world. We focus squarely on the coffee and provide a few hand-selected sweet treats for you to enjoy as well.
You can select from ten different coffee beans to take home for your own drinking pleasure. These origins change regularly according to seasonality and we always feature a rare and unique coffee for you to try. Our experienced staff can offer you all the information you need to achieve the perfect cup at home using your coffee purchase.
